Our mineral cutting oils span the entire range of today’s technology, from classic dark oils to modern ultra-clear and odor free fluids. They also range in capability from mild products for easy jobs to severe-duty products that improve finish, tool life and profits on virtually any material. 

Industrial Synthetic Coolants

Dodge is excited about our range of synthetic coolants for machining and grinding. Synthetic coolants are clear and have excellent sump life. They keep a machine tool clean and attractive. A key benefit of most synthetic coolants is that they excel at rejecting tramp oils. They also can offer a full range of machining performance, from light duty to severe operations.

Semi-Synthetic Coolants

We are proud to present what has to be one of the most diverse and inclusive ranges of semi-synthetic coolants ever offered. Semi-synthetics combine the best of soluble oils, with their superior lubricity and performance, and synthetic coolants, with their cleanliness and high cooling power, into one package. Semi-synthetic coolants offer incredible sump life as well as great machining performance.

Tapping and Performance Additives

We carry tapping compounds. Our most popular tapping fluid is called Combo Base MP-8. We also offer Molecular Tapping Compound. 

We also sell performance additives to boost your metalworking operation. These additives improve tool life and work piece finish. Our additives include chlorine, sulfur, lubricity agents, and phosphorous. Please contact us for a recommendation.

Industrial Grinding Oils

Dodge Oil offers an incredible array of mineral oil grinding fluids for every grinding operation, including centerless, crush, ID/OD, and carbide grinding. In particular, we have developed products uniquely suited to modern aerospace applications. All of our grinding oils are made from premium virgin oils combined with additives from around the world.

Soluble Oils

We are proud of our selection of soluble oils for cutting, grinding, broaching, and many other applications. All of our soluble oils are designed for high performance and long life in our ultra-hard California water. Most Dodge Kool and all of our Deosol products contain specially selected corrosion preventative packages, bacteria and fungus inhibitors, and finish and tool-life agents.

Aviation Smoke Oil

W.S. Dodge Oil has developed a proprietary blend of oil that works great as a smoke oil for air shows. We use highly refined base oils that can be readily atomized, and has a low viscosity and leaves fewer residues on the plane than other smoke oils used in the market.
